Just don’t ever wash it

No, I don't recommend this
Bought this and it quickly became my favourite item! Absolutely gorgeous sweater and got so many compliments. However, ive washed it and it is now a baggy, crinkled mess. Washed on 30 degree, ironed and nothing gets the creases out. It doesn’t even feel like the same material! Absolutely gutted as it was so expensive and I loved it!

I fell in love with this on a trip to London and absolutely loved this unfortunately, when I got home and washed it on, gentle in cold water and laid it flat to dry the material puckered and bubbled I’m so disappointed because I’m in Canada and I don’t know how to return this
