A nice shoe purchased in the sale. Great style to wear with trousers or dresses for work. A chunky sole & a wide fit…..amazing! Leather is firm but with a bit of ‘give’ once worn. My only negative is the stitching at the heel. A slight rub on my first wear. Other than that a good shoes that I would buy again……but wear with thicker socks at first!

Inferior quality, Falling to bits

Purchased in July. Only worn on average twice a week since and heel has collapsed inside shoe and is about to snap off on the outside. Until now they have been extremely comfy. Really disappointed they are no going to see through the winter. Would take them back but no longer got the receipt, only got credit card evidence. As you can see from the photos not much wear and tear on sole. Would appreciate M&S contacting me to discuss replacement.

This is a very comfortable shoe, which I can wear everyday to work. It is a black patent leather which enables flexibility, as they would still look stylish to wear on social occasions with the right attire. Love them.

very comfortable and perfect for work when I have one of those days when I know I will be dashing form here there and everywhere. I don't normally waer wide fit but couldn't see these in normal size. However they aren't that wide and fit ok when I have socks on.

Fairly nice shoes wanted Matt ones but stopped doing so hot these for work and ok for work Had to collect from Rugby store which is usually a slow process as always a queue of 2-3 people waiting to be served so puts me off and never get apology of keeping customer waiting So need training in how to deal with public

Nice and comfortable and definitely a wide fit which is really important. The soles are thick and chunky and suit the shoe. I only wish these were offered like a brogue with a punched out pattern to make them a little more interesting
