The black pair, which I also bought are superb, the black are made from a dappled, grainy leather and look wonderful. But these, the brown ones, are made from a smooth, shiny leather and work less well. I retunred the brown ones and bought a second pair of the black ones,

Reasonably stylish but slightly compromised for comfort. Unfortunately I Need to change all my shoe stock due to ankle and leg swelling and these do a great job at a sensible price and manage to look smart in the bargain.

Really happy with these wide fit brogues. Very comfortable. Broke in really quickly to become very easy to get off and on. My broad feet are offer squeezed in dress shoes. These have no hint of that while still being correct for my shoe size.

Cuts the back of my heel

The shoes do look nice, but after about 5 wears, the back of the shoe digs into my heel and has caused the back of my ankle to bleed. Think I'll have to throw these out sadly
