Very poor, unattractive (and dull) copy of what was once a great M&S product, sold over many years. No wonder they're only available online as I doubt any would sell in M&S stores. But congratulations on your returns policy which was very easy to operate.

I have bought several of these shoes. I find them comfortable (I appreciate the wide fit) and versatile. I would have preferred fabric shoelaces but that is a small thing and I can buy the laces that I want for a few quid.

I found the boat shoes seemed to fit but after a 2 Mile walk they cut into my heel so much so that they actually cut through my sock , they are going to take a lot of breaking in

These are amazing shoes … the first pair I bought (in store) were slightly too small. The second pair (I exchanged) were too big so I purchased a 1/2 size on the website. They arrived the next day; were just what I wanted and fit like a glove … AND I have worn them every day since… they are super comfortable and are so “on-trend” at the moment. I am going to purchase a 2nd pair in the blue … totally recommend!!

The first pair ordered size 10 were far too big. Tried standard 10, too small. Re-ordered size 10 wide fit again and they were perfect!. Shame quality control gets it wrong again.
