Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

No, I don't recommend this
Disappointed, the roses did not open, the white Antirrhinum’s dropped and wilted within four days, the Freesia’s and Alstroemerias remained fine and lasted longest, sadly just not worth the cost in my opinion.

These flowers were bought as a birthday gift and i can say they were beautiful . The colours ran from a soft cream to a hint of pink and they produced a lovely scent . Some of the flowers are still alive and well nearly 3 weeks later - a great buy

My mother and I were very disappointed when we sent this bouquet to her friend for her birthday. The flowers were left at a neighbours address so she got them late and then when she put them in a vase they looked pathetic when compared to the full and beautiful image on the website. I’ll try and attach a photo as it was very disappointing

Apparently the flowers were lovely but unfortunatley as there was no card with them - as written and requested at the time of booking - I only found out they had been delivered a week later. Poor show M&S, very inefficient and embarrassing for both giver and recipient.
