Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

These were dissappointing and even after a few days they haven't filled out. They looked sparse in a big box, would be about five pounds in the shop, so definitely not value for money either.

I ordered this bouquet as it looked stunning and I knew my friend would have loved. They arrived, very sparse and in bud firm (which I get) However she was delighted and followed instructions, but unfortunately, they Do Not Bloom into the picture M&S show in their advertisement :-(

The flowers were lovely and delivered on time. They were for a friend who had lost her mother I wrote a gift card saying how sorry I was leaving my name at the bottom but the gift card was never sent so my friend was phoning people asking if they had sent them to say thank you. So I was quite disappointed.

Im afraid I was disappointed. No scent from fuchsia . Delphiniums were droopy when unwrapped! . My husband died in June 2025 &!I buy flowers on birthday's & anniversaries. I would prefer to buy them from the store but our Marks has closed.
