My 8 year old son loves the cuddly nature of this blanket. It's hard to say, but it may have improved his ability to get to sleep. He has this blanket on top of his regular duvet. Previously he had used two duvets, which was bulky and not as snuggley.

My 9 year old daughter loves this blanket. It’s a gorgeous soft and tactile fabric. It’s big enough to use on a single bed without being so big that it’s difficult to carry around. Her sleep has improved a lot since we got it. And it’s machine washable, which is even better!
