Wellbeing 9kg Weighted Blanket

Have had a weighted blanket before. New one is great.

I bought this to replace my old blanket, which has seen better day. It is of good quality and I like the colour, even though I prefer light colours for my bedding. The only issue with this blanket is that it is very heavy, almost to the point of being uncomfortable. It is also very heavy to lift off and put back on the bed. The blurb on the package explains that the blanket should be 10% of the user’s weight - this is crucial information that should also be on the website, rather than finding out when the item is delivered. I haven’t decided what I’m going to with the blanket yet - I will try it a couple more nights, and if it remains uncomfortable I will have to return it.

I've been using the blanket for approx. two weeks. It's made an instant improvement in the duration and comfort of my sleep. It's very well made, comfortable and has improved my wellbeing.

In the summer we're using a sheet, with this on top, as it would be too hot with a duvet. So far, it's not too hot, and gives a really great sleep. It can be quite difficult to want to leave in the morning though, as it's so comfortable. Over the years I have always preferred cotton duvets, as they are heavier. I find that I sleep better, than under a lighter synthetic airy duvet. So it should have been no surprise how much better I sleep with this weighted duvet. I fall off to sleep so quickly, and feel so much more rested and comforted by the morning.
