I was obsessed with these shoes for a while. I tried my usual 8.5 and my heel came right out of the shoe when I walked. I went down to size 8, which felt a little snug in the front but better in the heel. When I wore them for the first time I still felt like my heel was going to come out, even with heel grippers. The loose heel makes it uncomfortable to walk. I guess these shoes were not made for my foot. I'm glad I didn't pay full price.
