Beautiful colour , long generous sleeves which is good for me because I’m tall with long arms . Great length , on calf . The v neck is quite low for me but would be ok if I was younger but I can stitch it a little as it’s quite a narrow V . The material is perfect soft and quite heavy so it hangs well . Great cut , I love this dress , it’s ready for next Autumn and Christmas special occasions .

Beautiful dress, gorgeous dark burgundy. For me the12 came up quite large so I ordered the next size down Size 10 I like the sleeves pushed up rather than down balances the gathering on the waist.

I love this dress which fits me perfectly and the length on my 5’3” comes to me ankles. The fabric is not too heavy but is warm and the v neck not too low. The sleeves are finished with an elasticated frill which fit well and won’t fall into my meals! I chose the bottle green but was tempted by the burgundy one so might buy that too. The fitted waist gives me a shape. A very good special dress for any occasion. One thing I would mention was it came in a small bag all squashed up and creased.

Bought this dress in two colours. A rich burgundy and a green to wear over a 5 night Christmas break.Both dresses were ordered in a petite size and the fit is perfect. You know when a dress feels good and these both feel very good. Can't choose which I like best but the M and S chunky necklace with silver balls looks perfect with both. That's two nights of my hol sorted!

I tried so many other dresses for Christmas day which didn't suit me and had to be returned. At 5' 11" most of them were tent like and huge! However this one from Finery is waisted and much more flattering. Great length for my height with pretty sleeves too. Lovely burgundy colour and with a bit of stretch which makes it so comfortable to wear.
