Roses lasted well, I selected that the flowers should arrive on Valentine’s Day, however I only subsequently learned that this could be any time up to 9.30 pm on the day. They turned up late afternoon, so doghouse for me all morning!

Poor value
Allowing for the delivery charge I found this bouquet to be poor value compared to other retailers, particularly as several of the stems were rather tired and did not last very long.

Arrived well packaged, but it was obvious upon opening that the quality wasn't good as there were already petals that had started to go brown on the edges. Followed care instructions and they lasted only a few days before they looked terrible and had to be thrown. We've had cheap supermarket roses that have looked much better and last a long time.

I love M&S and always trust the quality to be fantastic. However, these roses arrived very sad looking and I was actually embarrassed to give them on Valentine’s Day. They looked like they were a week old and on their last legs - almost like I’d bought discounted ones! It was a shame to have a blot on the otherwise squeaky clean M&S quality

Bought for Valentines day these roses were a very dark red colour and looked rather dry and not nearly as good as previous roses I have purchased from M&S, just about managed to last the week. Fairy average flowers would have second thoughts on buying again.
