Apply volumising shampoo to wet hair and massage with fingers to create a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with volumising conditioner, smooth through your hair, working from roots to ends, then massage and rinse thoroughly

Work 1-2 drops of no oil for fine hair through towel dried hair and apply from root to tip. For an extra body boost, apply dry instant volume spray to dry hair

Shake the can well before every use until you hear the aggravator moving inside the can. Lift the hair in sections and spray into the roots and lengths from underneath, in an upward direction. Massage into the roots with fingers to create the desired lift, volume and style
