It was a bit of a mix up on the day but as said Amanda git it sorted straight away

The delivery men who removed my sofas were lovely. Admin not satisfactory though. I only received one sofa on original delivery date, so one sofa removed. When a later delivery brought my second sofa, the delivery men had not been told they were removing a 2nd sofa. I spent an hour on the phone while the men were here - to get the removal authorised.

The two men who collected my old recliner sofa had a difficult task. I live in an apartment on the first floor and there are long corridors to negotiate. Because of its reclining features, the furniture was very heavy. However, they men pleasantly undertook the task. It was not one for weaklings! I was truly grateful to have the space for my new M and S sofa, delivered the following week.

I ordered two new sofas and the collection of two old ones. The delivery crew hadn’t been informed of the collection order. We were left with 4 sofas stacked up in the house. Furious.

So pleased this service became available during lockdown. Our council had cancelled its removal service so we were relieved to be able to use this service. Phoned, arranged and paid for the service a week before our new furniture arrived. On the day our old furniture was take away and the new furniture installed. Great service.

I purchased two abbey sofas and they are superb and comfy. Delivery service was fantastic.
