I really loved this when I bought it but it only lasted 12 days which really shocked me . That was using it night and morning . You don’t need a lot so it was very surprising that it finished so quickly . I also gave one to a friend ( I ordered 2 ) and hers took a while to get it to start. , and also finished very quickly . Excellent product but needs some adjustments to make it worth the money .

Our cleansing balm, as you rightly mentioned, is only needed in a small amount in order to be super effective at its job. We recommend twisting the grinder 90 degrees to get the right amount of product, and ensure that you get the longevity out of the product as intended 🤍

Love this product. Cleans and leaves the skin feeling beautiful. However the downside is that you have no idea when the product is near the end. Clever packaging but maybe need to leave a transparent side so you can see when it needs replacing.
