I understand that customers with mattresses deep enough to be in The Princess and the Pea enjoy the opportunity to buy fitted sheets with extra depth. However this so called adjustable fitted sheet was an enormous disappointment as I love this bedding. It is absolutely enormous with a huge amount of extra fabric and a strange elasticated edge. To make this fit my standard depth mattress involves hoisting the mattress into air to tuck the vast excess under to achieve the smooth surface that is the whole point of a fitted sheet with no wrinkles.

I don't know why it took so long, but the pleating on the corners of these sheets is a great idea. No more fighting with the mattress, trying to fit a bottom sheet on, because of the way the corners are pleated, there's plenty of space. The fabric is also lovely.

So soft and comfy. I have been struggling with our fitted sheets as the mattress we have is so deep and has a topper as well. These sheets are so much easier to stretch and fit perfectly with a bit to spare. No longer worried about tearing the sheet when making up the bed! Definitely recommend.

I have been looking for sheets which take into account a deeper mattress. These sheets are lovely quality, and the elasticated sides help the sheets tuck and stay under, whilst sleeping. Perhaps the only point is, that the shape of the corners, that can't be seen need a bit of thoughtful ironing, but for a good nights sleep I think its worth it.
