Waterproof Twill Hooded Raincoat

Wow! I absolutely LOVE my new jacket!! Sooooo stylish and not too heavy. Suitable for showery weather all year round, as it has room to layer in chillier weather. Size wise I went down from a 14 to a 10 as I don’t like too much room, and it was perfect. I’m no spring chicken 😉 but I didn’t feel I looked muttonish. 😁 It would suit any age at all. Thank you so much to whoever designed this fab jacket/coat/mac.

Very smart and good for rain ie water proof. Very comfortable to wear and I am very pleased, but still on the pricey side but Jaeger is pricey. You pay for what you get!

Love this coat! I’d been searching for a stylish raincoat for ages and this is it. Big pockets that accommodate everything I need on long walks and I can confirm it’s waterproof! Only thing I would say is size down unless you want a really oversized look. I would normally take a 12 but ended up with an 8. I can still wear big jumpers underneath with room to spare. Excellent value in my opinion.

I wanted a longer length waterproof but breathable raincoat. I bought a rain coat from Seasalt last year but it’s lined so it’s too hot to wear unless it’s super freezing cold and the fabric frayed on the inside of the arm after a couple of wears . I don’t like the look of the RAINS coats as they have a “wet” look to the fabric. This coat is perfect . I am a 12 but the 10 fits perfectly I can layer with a thick jumper if it’s cold, it’s fully waterproof and looks so stylish in this Matt black colour

I love this raincoat! It’s beautifully designed with side opening zips so you can stride along. It’s lightweight, roomy enough to put a fleece or down coat underneath even though I went down a size to an 8. Makes it suitable for all seasons. It keeps me dry. The hood stays up on windy days and can be zipped or closed at the neck to keep me cosy. Good for country walks but stylish enough for city breaks. A beautiful fabric with a lovely soft, flexible feel. The only downside is I sometimes have a problem opening the zip so I often just use the poppers. I just love wearing it!

I like the coat and it keeps my warm and dry. I had hoped at this price it would have some sort of lining. It's very roomy and great through winter with lots of layers underneath. Not sure how it will be in Spring when wearing thinner clothes. It's very plasticy inside and the seam coverings are really ugly (beige lines on a black coat).

I am a size 8. Tried this mac on in an 8 and was lost inside it. Ordered a 6 (which I've never been - what's happened to sizing recently??). That too was too long (couldn't be altered because of side zips) but also wide in the body and ridiculously long in the sleeves. Good luck to anyone buying thus coat. It's a beautiful style & finish, but sadly not for me.

The coat is beautifully designed, simple, good quality materials and well thought through. I really liked it and it was perfect for the climate where I live, which is mainly mild, wet and windy, but would work equally well and look stylish in urban use. The only issue with the coat, and the reason I returned it, was that I am 5’4” and the coat was made for women several inches taller and it just didn’t look right on me for that reason. A great buy for someone taller and very nicely designed and made. Sadface.

Sadly there’s been issues with the zipper. Which repeatedly keeps opening from the bottom. It kind of just splits. I e actually just mailed customer services to ask about it.
