Waterproof Twill Hooded Raincoat

Been looking for a true waterproof coat as fed up with shower resistant. Saw this and fell in love with it. The quality is fabulous as is the design of it. A bit pricey for an everyday coat …. Worth every penny !! This will last me years. True to size as it’s meant to be a looser fit. Bonus …. It can be worn dressed up as well as casual. I love it ❤️

Great raincoat, but fear I brought on the heatwave by purchasing it as we’ve not had any rain since it arrived. Very smart and feels lovely, great length.

This raincoat in black is beautiful, practical and very elegant. Sizing is big so I sized down a size. It is a classical piece that will last many years.

Simple design without additional gimmicks. Great style. Love it. It’s quite roomy xxx

This raincoat is exactly what I was looking for. It fitted well and the stitching and zips were of high quality. I was very impressed until I gave it the “hood up for rain” test. The hood is massive, and if you use the toggles to reduce the size, it closes over the eyes. Not fit for purpose in windy, rainy weather, but fine if you just want a coat with no head covering

I already have one of these and purchased this for my daughter - who was extremely jealous of mine !

PURCHASED SIZE 8 IN BLACK AFTER LEAVING IT TOO LONG TO BUY THE SIZE 6. ORINALLY WANTED TO PUCHASE THE ALTERNATIVE COLOUR CAMEL BUT THE SMALLEST SIZE 8 WAS OUT OF STOCK. SO WENT FOR BLACK SIZE 6. THE ORDER SHOWED OUT OF STOCK WHEN I WENT TO PAY SO PURCHASED SIZE 8. SADLY, AS THE REVIEWS STATE THE GARMENT DOES COME LARGER. DESPITE WAITING FOR THE 6 BLACK, TO COME BACK IN STOCK IT HAS NOT HAPPENED (SO FAR). GARMENT STYLISH WITH A HOOD, WATERPROOF, A LONGLENGTH JUST IDEAL AND WOULD HAVE EARNED PERFECT HAD IT BEEN SIZE 6. WILL KEEP IT DESPITE IT'S OVERAL TOO LARGE SUBJECT TO A MIRACLE EXCHANGING IT FOR THE SMALLER SIZE. A GOOD BUY, NEVERTHELESS.

The drawback to waterproof raincoats (every one I've ever owned) is they can feel like being in a sauna in warm, wet weather (great in the cold!). That being said, this is a very stylish raincoat and is of a fabulous quality. I prefer this to all (3) waterproof outerware coats/jackets I own. I've kept this and love it - that really tells you everything you need to know.

Was fed up of having to wear heavy coats with hoods on but jackets didn’t look smart enough for me. I saw this coat and thought this is what I want. I tried it on and thought perfect. It was a good price for what it was because come autumn I’ll be wearing it a lot. Not to be missed.

I wanted a raincoat that was waterproof and smart and I didn’t want anything that looked or felt plasticky. This is not a cheap coat but it is beautifully made and looks very smart. I don’t know why it is listed as a jacket because it is long. I am a size 14 - 16 and ordered a 16 to make sure I could wear a jumper / gilet underneath in cooler weather. I really like the zipped vents at the side. It’s a really nice coat although a little bit of colour or contrast buttons might have been good but it’s not really the Jaeger style.

I decided to keep this coat even though it was more expensive than I wanted to pay as it looked very stylish and more like a coat than a dog walking parka! I didn't give it 5 stars as I thought for the price it could have had a mesh lining and an inside phone pocket!

The hood sold this to me… too many raincoats don’t have one! Very nice .. and light to wear

Lovely smart lightweight coat for warmer weather. Will probably be useful for mid seasons too as there’s plenty of room for layers underneath. Particularly like the length. Not worn yet as it’s been unrelentingly sunny since I bought it!! Would have preferred a lining if I’m being really picky.

I wanted something smart and waterproof for Chelsea Flower shop and this was perfect. I can see I’ll get a lot of use from this Mac.
