I used this some time ago when my grey hair needed a more volume. It certainly did what I wanted it to do and not only the volume but another bonus was the bounce in my hair hair had for days after its wash. I would recommend this Percy and Reid product. It does recommend you leave on hair for 2 minutes before rinsing and I followed their instruction and I could not have wished for a volume and bounce combination however I do tend to use their mouse which also adds volume. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased this online along with the matching shampoo. Was really disappointed as it arrived in a bag (rather than a box) and the product had leaked. I emailed M&S and can't fault their customer service. Issue rectified. I have bought Percy and Reed products a few times. It works well for my fine long hair and volumises brilliantly. Lovely long lasting smell too.
