Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

A bouquet for my wife's birthday, which arrived on time, and the packaging was of good quality. When opened, the flowers were superb and looked very like the photograph on the website. They were put into a vase with water immediately. Within 24 hours the petals started dropping and within 48 hours had lost enough to have to go straight into the bin.

I am very disappointed with the quality and condition of the tulips I received. Having ordered many bouquets before, this is my first poor experience. The flowers arrived dry, droopy, and completely lifeless. They weren't even packaged in water, and they look nothing like the vibrant picture advertised. I expected much better, but these barely lasted two days before dying.
