Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Flowers are much duller than the picture. I was embarrassed when i was sent the picture. I picked them for the next day delivery promise the offered date on the website when you get to that area was many days later. Be careful and shop around is my advice.

I was really disappointed with these. M&S usually do great flowers but I ordered these for Mother’s Day weeks before, and when they turned up it only had 35 stems and most looked like they’d barely flower, let alone look like the picture. It was clearly the last of the tulips that they’d ordered for Mother’s Day. Sorry M&S, I’m usually an advocate of yours but these were a let down (possibly because it was a busy time of year).
