I have just purchased the coverless duvet. I can't wait to use it when the colder nights arrived. Only one disappointment. The pillow cases are the same colour and good quality but not the same material as the duvet , not a major problem but I like to put the pillows on top of the duvet when I make the bed.

Duvets are great, I now have several. But the pillowcases are awful. The last set I received a with blue polka dot duvet were plain cheap cotton and one had a hole in the seam already. I have thrown them out! I would happily pay for matching pillow cases of a good quality.

It's just amazingly convenient to be able to wash the duvet at home. It dries really quickly and feels great when you don't need to battle with a quilt cover. With a mostly bedridden relative it makes changing the bedding regularly a much easier task.

Who likes changing duvet covers - nightmare job This coverless duvet is revolutionary - the time it saves is brilliant Just fitted sheet matching pillow cases and throw the cover on The 4,5 tog gingham goes in the washer and dries quickly - I haven’t used the larger tog yet Happy days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve bought two. I absolutely love them. They’re very cool and comfortable. I think they are better than duvets. Put them in the washer. Put them on the line and they drive very quick. Just so easy to use. Love them.

The super king 4.5 tog coverless duvet is light, airy and great for hot weather. The two pillow cases, however, are disappointing. They are not of the same quality and are standard pillow sizes, which is no good for a super king set.

I bought this for the warmer weather as I had a grey one before for summer but my son liked it so much it’s now his. Excellent quality again and reverse side is incredibly soft and comfortable even when it’s warm. I don’t know how they manage to make a quilt that is warm enough but not too hot but I thoroughly recommend. I’ve washed it too and with great results. Wasn’t sure about the tufted finish at first but it does make the bed look neat and tidy, as my other one did. I’ll be buying a winter weight one later this year. I struggle to walk and I use a wheelchair mostly so this cover less quilt is brilliant for me.
