Trainer 80 Leather Trainers

Pretty shoe, but not at all waterproof, gets wet walking on wet grass.

I had purchased and returned these. I really like the aesthetics of the trainer 80. Saucony's designers are certainly on the right track! But but but my main reason for return was that the midsole foam was just way too soft and not supportive enough. It feels quite unlike the classic Jazz of years past, which you could wear all day (Yes, I know- He's asking for a firmer shoe? For more comfort? That's crazy! Actually, that would actually make all the difference in the world for daily wear! Look at the competition) Also, the upper materials felt rather cheap and not premium. If this shoe was given a more premium materials overhaul, and was made firmer, it would be a home run! Learn the right lessons here Saucony :) !!!

I bought these recently. Ouch! They hurt bad. I don't think I've ever owned such a painful shoe. I love the style, but am so disappointed by the fit...

I thought I'd only use them for training at the gym, but ended up using them for my Europe trip. Walked miles in comfort. I wear a size 9 in women's and ordered a 7.5 M mens and they fit perfect with a good sock. I just bought a second pair.

The royal blue/white ones are what they issued us for PT at the Air Force Academy in 1984! Revolutionary for removing the cardboard layer, lol! Thank goodness. First real running shoe I ever had.

Bought two pairs! They have that 70’s classic style which I adore, really can’t go wrong with that style. Sizing is tricky on these with my experience. I’m a size 10 in most all shoes brands and a size 10 in the Saucony (peregrine, jazz, shadows). These run 1/2 to 1 full size bigger. I find size 9.5 to fit just right. I’d suggest buying two pairs if you’re uncertain. I didn’t get it right the first time.

Old school brought be back, with the promise of current tech. They look great if you like this kind of thing. Trying them on, I recalled that old school had a narrow sole that had zero relationship to my feet. As I am old enough to appreciate these as Old School, I am also not going to wear anything like a racing flat.

Trainer is the next best thing to the old Bullet style, definitely more cushioning in the forefoot and more arch support. Narrow fit that I like, and I always expect to size up in Saucony. Well done. Please add more colors, Saucony!

These run true to size and are a nice low profile for reference I wear a 9 men’s in new balance and Nike and a 9 fit great! They do run a little narrow which I prefer!

Stellar shoes. Fit in exactly my size. Lighter than expected, just a note. Kind of like slippers. Look awesome, lots of compliments. Style points are high.

Love the 80s look. Simple and clean. Shoe is perfection. Please do more color ways. 🙏🏾
