I had to move one complete size up as I need wider fit footwear, the memory foam sole will eventually mould to your foot shape, the trainers are very light, labels on the trainers state these are machine washable in cold water and can be washed with other items, I don’t know anyone that uses a cold machine wash for their other items, as usual with Skechers the shoes are supplied with shape maintaining inserts and a proper classic cardboard shoebox with hinged lid.
