Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

A few friends got together to send flowers, to a friend who's dad passed away, and although she loved the vase they came with, the flowers sadly didn't last long, about 4 days! And as someone who has sent flowers regularly via M+S and even bought for myself, and given the occasion for what the flowers were for, I am on this occasion very disappointed.

Flowers in the photo look long stemmed and a had a large bloom. Unfortunately when I saw them, I was disappointed as they were small bud like flowers. They came with a glass vase.

We have on numerous occasions bought M&S flowers both online and in store and have had lovely feedback from recipients so no thinking about where to go for flowers. This email has been sent to myself Linda MacKinnon, unfortuneately it was addressed to my Husband Norrie who had pass away September 2024.
