Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

These were a present for my mum and she said the flowers were lovely. However, they were very long stemmed flowers and the vase is very small so she ended up putting them in a bigger vase she already had. Not the simple gift I intended for a 90yo. M&S refunded me £5 for the error though.

Actually thought these were pretty poor and was disappointed with the flowers. The image makes it seem like you get a lot more than you actually do, and despite following the steps as described in the instructions (where to cut and using the feed etc), the flowers didnt bloom half as much as the image and died pretty quickly.
