Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

Flowers were lovely but they were a gift but the gift message (that was on the order) didn’t get put in the box with them, so the recipient didn’t know who they were from. Defeats the object of sending them as a gift.
