Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To enjoy your blooms for longer, always re-cut stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet before arranging and placing into a vase, remembering to top up regularly with fresh water

Flowers delivered without card saying who sent them - took away the surprise and joy . Also rather embarrassing having to guess who might have sent them ! Not a lot of interest at M Ad S with “ label could have fallen off “”

I arranged to send them to my sister as it was tge anniversary of her Sons passing away when I spoke to her 4 days later she thanked me but when I asked are they still ok she said ‘well I wasn’t going to tell you but I had to throw them yesterday & them being M&S as well’

Good but big problems obtaining VAT receipt
As far as we know, the delivery was made successfully. Unfortunately as a company that needs a VAT receipt, we are not able to continue using M&S for such gifts as obtaining a VAT receipt from you is such a complicated and slow process. Other companies manage to provided one straight away with the purchase confirmation email.

I purchased these flowers for my Sister’s wedding Anniversary. They were very disappointing. On arrival, the roses were droopy and sad looking. The flowers didn’t even last a week, and the roses didn’t open out on the whole, not great.
