Let down on delivery
I ordered these for my Aunt's birthday but unfortunately they arrived 3 days later, forcing me to ask another flower shop to deliver on the day. I was informed by M&S, and could have received a refund, but left it so my Aunt received flowers twice. I probably won't order flowers from M&S again as a result
