Terrible packing!
Was so creased it was difficult to assess what it actually could look like. The collar was out of alignment due to careless packing and as this is the focal point of the dress it looked dreadful. In order to be wearable it would need professional pressing at extra cost. Terrible service for a garment costing over £200!
