Restricting on arms

I love the look of this top and the material but the arms are quite restrictive and very long. I don’t mind them being long but they’re too restrictive when trying to pull them up or twist i to position. I would wear the top with going out casual wear over practical sports. I’ve kept it but wouldn’t order again.

Wore them once fell over on my run and ripped the knees! So annoying as I love these leggings and have always bought them and worn them on runs, never had an issue with them tearing so easily. Still love them and would buy them again, I just wonder if the quality has changed.
