My friend has had emergency operation on her back. She has not been well before and since her operation. I know she is a chocolate lover. And, as she hasn't been able to get out and stock up on her favourite desserts l thought l would order some in to have at home. Resounding success

I received 3 messages saying my gift could not be delivered as the recipient was at a hospital. On contacting M & S was told a refund would be made. Since then received a message from courier to say it had been delivered. Hence my confusion. I am normally a great fan of M& S but would appreciate your comment on this situation. I have just received my account which has debited the amount for this gift.
