Tailored Wide Leg Trouser with Wool

Very bright trousers. I like them very much. The quality is good.

Bought with the jacket, colour doesn’t match with jacket, would have liked to have seen them in my local store but they didn’t stock them, hence ordering online, so it’s pot luck if you get anywhere close to a colour match if you want to wear as a suit. They are a snug fit if you order your normal size, because I ordered online they came with a few extra creases so didn’t hang as well as they should have. The material I think is not suitable for very wide trousers in my opinion. Have returned.

On the positive side, good fabric and colour (which I would definitely not call orange, but red). The matching jacket was also great, but the trousers were far too short and I'm not the world's tallest person. I'm 5ft 8" and the trousers were too short to be long and too long to be deliberately short. I wasn't too convinced about the zip (at the rear) either as it looked a little lightweight for where it was and the type of fabric (it will be a weak point and will naturally pull there when you sit down). I really wanted to like these and as an Autograph brand, they are among the top end of products, but on this occasion, it didn't work so both jacket and trousers had to be returned. The top of the trousers were fine in terms of fit round the body (although 'fitted' would be the word, rather than loose) but they were also probably just a bit short in the body as well.

I love wide trousers as they suit my shape. I usually hover between 12 and 14 depending on how they fit in these the 14 only just fits. And with a high waist may be more comfortable to size up.
