Quality material and style but badly creased

Beautiful material and cut. Seams are all perfect, no sloppy stitching. I'm 6ft tall and very slim build. Regular length fit perfectly as does 36" waist. Legs taper to the bottom for a slimmer style. However, they came very creased at the knees from the hanger and bad creases were inserted behind the pockets from the waist band for about 10" almost like a pleat. They could not be worn in that state, it was embarrassing. These I removed easily with a garment steamer.
