Men's pyjamas should be available in a variety of lenghts 27", 29", 31" same as casual trousers, jeans etc. Not everyone has a sewing machine and finding a seamstress to shorten is difficult and the cost increases. The fabric is excellent quality.

Nice quality but the waist was so tight they were useless. I tried to cut the elastic but it’s sewn in so well it wasn’t possible, so they had to be thrown away. £30 wasted I’m afraid.

Updated review….Very comfortable and the extra breathability is noticable. They feel a little more slimline than they look on the images and I have relatively skinny legs, not a problem for me but could be id you have bigger legs. The only reason for 4* is the scratchy sewn in label on the inside of the waistband that I had to cut out, a bit annoying. I don’t find the metal ends to the waistband ties a problem as they are quite small. I would buy again Update: I think these have been recently updated, I purchased a discounted pair from Ocado with the same name and description which have more metallic ends to the waistband ties and are less slim, however, made from the same material. I assume these were an older version and resemble the comments of earlier reviews. The newer Marks & Spencer’s versions are definitely slimmer and have less metallic toggles.

Variable sizing

I ordered 2 pairs online same size but one black and one navy blue. The black ones fitted perfectly but the blue ones were much shorter by 2-3 inches so had to return them. Not the quality I expect from M&S. I had previously bought a blue pair from the shop which fitted perfectly which is why I ordered more.

Pressie for hubby - soft comfortable fabric and style, washes well, a successful buy. Shame the long sleeved matching top is of made of inferior, stiff fabric even after washing.
