Supernova Rise 3 Trainers

Great supportive trainer. Generous width fit but not too wide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently running a mixture of distances from 5k to half marathons and I find the Supernova to be a good all-rounder. Should also be no problem being seen in the dark 😁.

What did they did to this shoe? Compared to the Rise 2, it puts much more squish material under the front of your foot, your foot is flatter relative to the ground, and the squishy foam gives substantially less energy back - MUCH less (see runrepeat.com for testing). Just terrile.

getting a bit more distance in and ive found the cheaper more basic running trainers blister or hurt my feet. so far these are a lot more comfortable and the cushion feels good for my knees.

Lovely shoe. Returns loads of energy making for comfortable and speedy running.

Makes me want to run, because the feeling is so good when I'm wearing them.

I work in a hospital, so these are my go-to walking and standing shoes. They are very comfortable and great value. Tempted to buy another pair in a different colour way.

The support and comfort are perfect for me with osteoarthritis in my knees, but they’re not chunky so I feel perfectly stable on the ground. The colors are amazing. I’m actually gonna buy another pair.

I was looking for shoes from adidas that I wear to fast walk. I have been wearing the shoes more than a week. I feel very comfortable and I'm happy about my choice.
