I bought this after reading reviews on my never ending search for acne / spot removers. I suffer from adult acne / cystic acne. When they come up they are red sore and sit under the skin. I've found this brings them to the surface quickly & the lumps are less raised. Only been using a couple weeks. So far so good. I've ordered a few other products from the range hopefully they work just as well! I also have sensitive skin.

this is buy far the best spot treatment ive used. i have quite bad acne and this makes any spot disappear in 1-3 days! the spot is flatter within 10 minutes and barely notisable after a day. yes it burns a tiny bit for 5 minutes when u first put it on but i think the bad reviews are exaggerating because its really not bad. it dries down very quickly and leaves a sheer film over the spot that if u pick at will peal off. but i love this product and i think everyone should try it !

I have used this product on a couple of blemishes now and it cleared them up straight away. Really pleased with the product. Not going to lie, i was a little shocked at the product size, even after reading the reviews as although I was pre-warned this was a small bottle, I was still a little surprised at how small. The bottle is no more than a couple of inches high and a few centimetres wide. Still happy with the purchase though as it worked, and got rid of my spots straight away.

I've found this really helpful for cystic acne when used in combination with a buffering lotion. Less so helpful for whiteheads. I'd say this isn't effective for spots that you've felt coming for a few days, but could possibly prevent them if you caught them in time. Has helped finally get rid of a stubborn cystic spot I had for over a month

Over the years I've worked with and personally used harsh products on my skin and never ever reacted like I do with this product. I wouldn't even say I have sensitive skin with all the potent things I've had prescribed over the years from my GP and dermatology. I've used this a couple of times on spots as targeted spot treatment and each time I feel like where I've applied it is on fire. My skin goes bright red and swells up with the smallest dot of product. Tonight I've used a small dot on a spot on my lip and I can't even begin to describe how painful it is. I've washed it off and my lip is burning and tingling all at the same time. I'm sitting nursing a very swollen top lip that is very very painful. Do not use if you have or have ever had sensitive skin. This stuff is brutal. I'm a qualified beauty therapist who has worked with a huge range of products containing salicylic acid and have never ever had a reaction like this, it's like a chemical burn. Avoid!

Tiny little bottle of this for the money!!! Thought at first it was a sample I’d been sent by mistake Will not last very long hope it works a miracle Went back to advert (where the bottle is shown in closeup making it appear bigger) and it does give bottle size BUT for the money I had expected more that was my mistake!!! Wouldn’t waste my money again sadly disappointed......

Iv used allsorts of, on the spot gels, I knew when I saw salylic acid on it. Id give it a try, got to say for such a small bottle it packs a punch you don't need alot and works extremely well. Wake up in the morning n the spot has been zapped.

Like magic. This stuff stops spots in their tracks. Once applied my spots don't get any worse, they just clear up after a couple of days. I absolutely love it and have had my first pot for 5 months now. A little goes a long way.
