Care instructions
If you wish, you can keep flowers in the original packaging but make sure you top up the arrangement with fresh water every to three days. For best results, we recommend you remove your flowers from the packaging.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

No, I don't recommend this
Sent flowers and Prosecco to my best friend for part of her 65th birthday present. Flowers never opened up and died quite quickly. My friend did complain to M&S and she got a voucher for the price of the flowers etc. If I’d have wanted to give a voucher for her to spend that’s what I would have given her.
