Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Sent flowers and Prosecco to my best friend for part of her 65th birthday present. Flowers never opened up and died quite quickly. My friend did complain to M&S and she got a voucher for the price of the flowers etc. If I’d have wanted to give a voucher for her to spend that’s what I would have given her.
