Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Arrived safely and well packaged but the gift label was missing so our Granddaughter didn't know who sent them, so I wasn't happy about that. Nice flowers, but not as nice as the picture, and several didn't lift their heads up at all. I've sent M&S flowers before and always been really pleased, but these were a little disappointing. I know that maybe the exceptionally hot weather may have contributed!
