All Plants orders have delivery included. Order Plants by 7pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery, or order by midday at weekends for next day delivery. Sunday delivery on selected lines only. Delivery is to Mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland.

Very poor quality product
No, I don't recommend this
It was a surprise when I visited my mum and she showed me her basket. Half the flowers were thriving and the rest were dried up, dead even. She pulled up the dried ones to find they had no roots and were simply stuck in. She has since gone to a different shop and bought some cyclamen, these make a great addition improving the overall colour and condition of the basket. The mini roses were the flowers that failed. I note that several other reviews also mentioned the roses.The quality was really lacking and had nothing to do with shipping since the roses were rootless and had been stuck in. M&S should really look to their flower suppliers....the basket was ok For some reason I can't upload a photo. It was Mums birthday and so she was initially a bit upset. But the new additions improved things all round

Unfortunately the recipient said it arrived upside down in the box and flowers had come out . She managed to put it together. Was it the packers or delivery man who should take more care .
