Received as a Get Well gift from a friend. Very sad looking basket of flowers, which appeared not to have been planted very well, as many of the plants were already coming loose. Even with some TLC from me, it’s not recovered . I obviously can’t complain to my friend about the poor quality, but had I paid for this myself I would be asking for a refund. This is the second time I have received such a poor quality flower basket from M&S. As a result I won’t be using M&S for any flower gifts that I send.
