Suede Cowboy Block Heel Ankle Boots

Insolata insole was very painful under foot. I had to remove it as it bruised the mid heel. Love the boots otherwise!

Great style, great materials. Although I haven't as yet worn the boots "out", I have worn them "at home" & they seem to be all I expected. The fit was something of a worry when I ordered them (they are "women's" boots, and I am male), but, although they are "snug" they nevertheless appear to be a good fit.

Like the look but they are very uncomfortable, the edge of the block heel can be felt through the inner sole making it painful to walk after a while.

Really disappointed with these boots, they look great and are a good fit but the heel digs into the arch of the foot and they are unbearably uncomfortable... have ordered an insole to see if it improves but couldn't recommend purchasing these unfortunately!

Very happy with these, although they are a little tight. I also have the knee-length boots, which are a better fit in the foot. I had assumed that the ankle boots would be exactly the same size, but they are a bit smaller.

So disappointed. These boots were exactly the style and colour I was looking for. I tried them on and then wore them out once thinking that the extremely uncomfortable insole right under the arch of my foot would settle down. It did not so I'm returning them.

The suede boots are quite yellow rather than a true tan. They also feel quite heavy. The foot shape and heel height are good and can be worn under a wide leg or flare trouser as well as over narrow jeans. I kept them but they are not my favourites.

Lovely boot but so uncomfortable. Unfortunately the first day I wore them the soles of my feet were in agony due to the positioning of the insolia insole. It was completely in the wrong place under the heel. Such a lovely look and fit otherwise I had to pull it out to make them wearable. Much better now

Loved the look of these boots but like other reviews terribly marked so ordered another pair and they were worse. Kept the original ones and wore them out only for my right foot to be in agony because of a lump in the instep in the wrong place! (Quite a common occurrence with M & S these days) Not sure whether they can be returned as I’ve worn them. One extremely disappointed customer

To be truthful I haven’t worn these boots yet. I’ve tried them on and they seem very comfortable and they I just what I wanted for the winter to wear with my dresses

I fell in love with these boots on the website but SO disappointed when delivered … badly marked and scuffed and looked like they had been well worn not at all like the photos. They look huge on your feet like you’ve gone up 2-3 sizes and the heel was very uncomfortable and felt like you were standing on a tube. The fit is poor very loose round the heal and feels like you’re walking out of them yet very tight and narrow on the foot. Very disappointing! Also M&S please package in a box that actually fits the size of the boot instead of squashing into a smaller box that bends the leather and damages the boot.
