Lovely to look at, uncomfortable to wear
Lovely boot but there is an uncomfortable lump in the heel/arch area. I’ve tried to solve the problem with a half insole but not sure it’s worked. I’ve worn them now so can’t return which is a real shame.

The boots were a good quality suede, but the sizing was completely wrong. I ordered size 7 and this was verified on the sole, but more like a size 9 so they had to be returned.

Long Cowboy Boots
These are very nice looking boots but they should have a zip. At first I thought I would not get them on as I have a high instep but I persevered and once on they look great. Normally with zipped boots I don’t need to use the zip but these would definitely be easier to get on and off with one.

Very strange - didnt notice until wore them but there is a strange lump which actually really bruised both of my feet as stated in other reviews. Will be trying to return as definitely faulty which is a real shame as they are lovely boots!

Beautifully made boots and fit wonderfully. Look great on as well. However, there is a bulge in the left boot that is extremely uncomfortable while walking. Not sure if it is a manufacturer flaw or not. I feel the price should be marked down because of this, as they're not exactly inexpensive in price!

Uncomfortable inner soles

The quality of these is great, but I had to return them, as like others have said, there is a hard lump in the arch section of each sole, which is really uncomfortable. Shame, as I would probably have ordered the other colour too if they were wearable.

I wanted to love these and there were elements I did love: lovely quality suede, nice heel height, but the main love for me was the length of the boot- I can never get knee high boots which actually come to my knee and these do. However, the sole was chunky for my and I’d have preferred if they had been a bit more ‘refined’

These boots are really uncomfortable they have raised arches inside which isn’t even cushioned . Love the look of them but wasted my money sadly because I’m unable to walk in them .

High quality but tight ankles

The boots are really lovely - great length, nice quality, really comfortable - but, as previously mentioned, they're quite tight on the ankles (+ mine are slim) so tricky to get on/off and you can feel them. I decided to keep and hope for leather stretch because of the quality.

So disappointed - bought 1/2 size up worried they’d be too baggy at ankle and can’t even get them on becauseI have quite a high instep. Could have struggled and probably managed eventually but didn’t want to mark the suede and wasn’t looking forward to all the tugging to get them off again. Loved everything else about them but I know I’d never reach for them in a morning rush out the door. Why no zip- a cheap move not reflected in the price.

Beautiful boot and I Love the style but there is a lump near the heel in the left boot. I have reordered hoping that it is a fault. The shop assistant could feel the big lump as it was like a pebble sticking up

Larger than a size seven and very wide around top of leg. Should have ordered a smaller size. Also very heavy . Ok if you have larger calves but not true to a size seven more like a size 8.
