The Suade and soles are very comfortable, however, where the buckle attaches to the backstrap is is weak fabric and elastic. Having been casually wearing them on and off for the past two weeks, sadly both back straps have fallen apart as the weak fabric and elastic has broken. Quite disappointed as everything else from M&S is always such good quality. I was really enjoying this footwear until it broke today.

Faulty product (don’t buy!)
No, I don't recommend this
Great shoe at first look but the strap broke on the right shoe after a few wears. M&S sent a replacement pair but then the same thing happened again within 2 weeks with the new pair (this time on the left side). Spoke to customer service by phone and despite sending another photograph they can’t issue a refund unless I attend the store in person- Don’t buy, definitely not worth the hassle!
