I ordered online and they were delivered in a small package, so very creased that couldn't be ironed out, so I had to take them to the dry cleaners. They were fine after that. I wouldn't wash them, as recommended, because I know how hard they are to iron and as I ordered the Camel colour, dry cleaning costs will prevent a lot of wear.

These trousers go with a jacket which I bought as well. The trousers are lovely 'normal' length and 'normal' cut and look great on. I am sick and tired of trying on trousers which are supposed regular fit and then are far too short and look really silly. These trousers are what it says on the label (and the jacket). Great buy.

A good camel basic
The trousers are a true 14 but wide on the hips so I may decide to have them altered as I really need a smart camel pair and cannot find anything more suitable. The fabric is quite thin

I bought these because I needed a pair of navy trousers for winter. They were supposed to be petite and therefore short. They were far too long, the colour couldn't really be called navy and the fabric was shiny and looked rather shoddy.

Beautiful fabric but I had to exchange for the bext size up as no elastication meant the waist was a little tight. 2 hooks plus a button and zip is a bit excessive for fastening.

Straight black trousers
I order the trousers size 18 petite online because couldn't find any instore, when arrive i try them on, well they wasn't petite they was about 5 inches, so i had to send it back.

They are OK but only OK! Badly creased and hard to remove the creases without spoiling the look of the fabric! Wish I hadn’t worn them so I could have returned them.
