Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

This was a thank you gift for a neighbour. The first bunch arrived half dead, M&S were good and prompt with a replacement but even the decent bunch was mediocre. I picked stocks for the smell but they were much shorter than the photo and in reality just a small bunch and a little cheap looking.

I bought the flowers as a thank you for my wife. They were already wilting when they arrived, two days later we had to put them in our garden compost bin because they had gone over! I'm sure that this a one off but it was very disappointing in truth. Sorry 😔

Ordered as a birthday gift for a female relative. Arrived on time. Appreciate they were ordered during intense the heatwave and a few of the flower heads were scorched and brown so won't fully open which was a bit of a disappointment as usually M&S flowers arrive perfectly. Nevertheless the scent was amazing.

Wouldn’t buy again. I bought 2 bunches for different people and both were not as good as I expected! Very limp and although they did pick up after a while in water there were a lot of dead and missing flowers
