I own a fleece (another model) from Columbia and I love the thickness of the fleece they use for some of their jackets, this one is thicker fleece as well and I like it because it keeps the shape better and it is warm. I got it for my son. It's perfect. Pockets have zippers, yay!

Unfortunate Sizing

I bought this recently to replace one I had for 20 years. It still looks nice and seems to have the same weight of fleece but I was disappointed to find that my size medium is much smaller than it used to be. The arm length is about the same but it's a couple of inches smaller across the shoulders and at least 3 inches smaller across the back at arm pit level. The arms have less room too. I guess using less fabric cuts costs. Good for profit margins but bad for customer satisfaction. It seems like everything I buy isn't what it used to be. The replacement George Forman Grill I just bought is a piece of junk. Am I detecting a trend here?

Soft but the WORST Zippers ever

I love these jackets but they have a huge flaw. The zippers are absolutely garbage and they break. Every single item I have purchased over the years have broken at the same place. The zipper’s metal teeth break away from the fabric holding it. My most recent one was purchased on March 10 and less than a month and the zipper broke again. I’m this day and far you think Columbia can source a decent zipper especially for what they charge for these jackets.

I really like the fit and comfort but the back bottom came undone which expanded around the right front. I now have no pocket to use on that side since the bottom is out. Very frustrating for the cost and being virtual brand new.
