My potatoes stuck to the tray
No, I don't recommend this
I bought this to replace a large M&S tray that unfortunately is no longer available. It’s a solid tray and a decent size. Despite ensuring that both the tray and oil were very hot my roast potatoes have stuck to the tray both times I’ve used it. I ensured that the potatoes were dry after being par boiled so not sure what the issue is. Disappointing as all reviews were very positive.

Sensible practical size. Handles great but you need to adjust shelves to allow for them. Work on induction hob for stirring gravy

I bought it for my Xmas roast. Sturdy. Not too heavy. The lifting handles make getting it in and out of the oven easy. Washed up by hand very well. Comparable to my Le Crueset but much cheaper. Well done M&S & Tom Kerridge

This is a sturdy roasting tin. Solid & good quality. Nice handles for getting it in & out the oven and cleans up well, providing you soak it first. I have two small negatives, it just fits neatly into my large oven and its difficult to find a roasting rack to fit inside but on the whole, I'm very pleased.

This is a superb quality roasting tray. I bought it primarily because it has handles making it easier to carry to and from the oven. It saw a fair bit of service over the Christmas holiday and performed faultlessly. It is very sturdy and washes up 'like new' after a soak in some hot, soapy water. Delighted customer.

So far so great!
I've only used this roasting tin twice but performs really well and washes great too. Lovely quality- very sturdy and looks fab. My only slight issue is that it doesn't fit into my fairly large sink due to the handle design but that's no biggie.

Great quality. I’ve just cooked my first roast potatoes and parsnips in it and they’ve never been as good. Although it’s not dishwasher proof it cleans really quickly and easily, following instructions. A great buy for Christmas and beyond.
