No, I don't recommend this
There is a knack to cooking in a stainless pan and despite trying various so-called recommended methods each time my eggs, bacon, sausages, chicken and a steak all ended up having to be scrapped off, plus it burns easily and trying to clean stainless is a huge job and always leaves residue. A waste of money I cannot afford to waste.

Very pleased and now my favourite pan of many. I had been looking for a chefs pan for a while and considered others for 3 times the price. Great that there are no rivets and goes wasily from hob to oven.

The pan has thick stainless steel base, however it is burning my food. Needs constant stirring to try and avoid it. Very unpractical. The other issue is that neither the lid handle or pan handle have protective coating on them, meaning if you are cooking, they get to the same temperature as the base and I have burnt my fingers trying to lift the lid…poor, shortsighted design…very disappointing!

Bought as great size sauté pan and strong. However 1st time using there was discolouration on the side (patch and unable to clean). Doesn’t affect the pad use but a little disappointing. I had vouchers so ok but would have been disappointed if I had paid full price. Still a good pan though.
