Wow! What a pan. Pans have been the bane of my life but this is brilliant. Good weight. Handles well. Doesn’t burn (could be I’ve learnt how to cook after 50 years!) Love this pan - just brilliant ….where have you been all my life! Go get one - you won’t be disappointed.

Does not stay flat when hot

The shape, weight, handle and balance a great, but when the oil in the pan is hot, it runs towards the edges leave the middle devoid of any oil. To me this seems to be a design fault, meaning when hot the surface of the pan is not flat
