Great size
I like the size and the weight of the pan. It will be used frequently as it the right size for most of the things I want to cook.

Does not stay flat when hot
No, I don't recommend this
The shape, weight, handle and balance a great, but when the oil in the pan is hot, it runs towards the edges leave the middle devoid of any oil. To me this seems to be a design fault, meaning when hot the surface of the pan is not flat
