Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The pictures are deceptive. This is a very small bouquet. A similar supermarket bouquet would cost £10 at most. The flowers were also towards the end of their display life when they arrived. I was very disappointed as M&S flowers are usually in abundance and good quality.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who was unwell. I was anxious on the delivery day as it was very hot weather and they were not delivered until late in the day but flowers had survived ok with ends in wrapped gel. They were not in water in the vase as I had expected. The vase was wrapped separately. However my friend was delighted with the flowers.
