Feels soft & squashy due to quilting.

A very nice quilted crossover bag. Two similar bag options to choose from. This, the (£18) one feels soft and squashy also slightly smaller, compared to the £20 crossover bag sold by M&S which is a waterproof material. I bought it for my daughter, who says she holds her phone, keys and cards in it. She loves it.

The ecru is definitely not ecru. I initially thought I was going to return it because of this, but actually the pinkish tone is still neutral and goes with everything. It's comfortable and lightweight, whilst also being practical - holds my water bottle and a few bits and bobs. I wish the zipper toggle wasn't so cheap looking though.

I love this bag! Soft and slightly padded so it’s comfortable on your side. Holds a great deal of daily essentials without feeling bulky. Will be used by me every day through the autumn and winter and such a great price too it’s hard not to like

Ideal bag for slinging across your body that can hold lots. Soft material so it’s not rigid which is great for being able to carry odd shaped stuff. Def not using it in the rain tho.

This bag was perfect for my needs; lightweight to carry all day, more secure than a shoulder bag, leaves hands free to negotiate trains, escalators etc, neutral colour to go with different outfits. It was surprisingly roomy with a good, full length zip. The quilted fabric makes it comfortable against the body. I suppose the only downside was it's difficult to put down due to its soft structure but that's a very minor issue. All in all, great item at an excellent price.
