[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *Tested on 3b/3c low porosity afro curly hair* First of all I felt like I needed to use alot of product to coat my hair, it didn’t foam(not sure if it was meant too) and wasn’t easily absorbed into my hair. I used my fingers to de tangle before going in with a wide tooth comb. Whilst it de tangled very well, the pre poo had no scent and left my hair feeling a tad dry.

It did its best but it was not as effective as one had hoped. Using this just normally it’d probably be fine, but if you’ve had extensions in for a period, the product will struggle on 4+ hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t generally use detangling products before shqmpooing because I prefer to detangle my hair wet, however this product has a great slip and gets rid of any outer-build up.

After protective styles, my hair is always quote tangled and brittle. i used this after a protective style and I am shocked. It is quite thick so it coated my hair and made detangling my hair before wash day so much easier. My hair has been soft since using it and I haven’t had much breakage or shedding which is unusual for me. I absolutely love it, I can’t recommend this enough. I will say that I did use a lot but I have got thick hair. The scent is quite clean also.

It goes onto your hair like silk, I’ve never known my hair feel so soft instantly. Only a small amount needed as a little goes a long way. As someone that gets really knotty hair this is an absolute miracle in a tube! I’d definitely recommend and will buy again!
