Smudge Animal Print Wide Leg Trousers

Much too big, I'm not very tall 5' 3"so I had the short fit but they came almost to my ankles. Didn't really like the material either too thin and flimsy for my liking. The style of them I liked very much but they were just not right for me. Had to send them back.

Very pleased with these. Fitted well, and very cool and flowing, just right for holidays, and relaxed socialising, such as bbqs. Attractive colours, easy to mix and match other items in the wardrobe.

These trousers are just fab! Had to send first pair back as ordered a size down because description said they were pull on, but when they arrived they were a fitted waist so needed my correct size ( I always find pull on's come up big). More accurate descriptions please M&S!

The model wearing these trousers is 6' tall, so I bought the long length and they worked out to be a normal ankle-length trouser. The waist button fell off just trying them on and isn't really an ideal fastening for the trousers, so I will need to buy a hook and bar and sew it on.

These trousers look smart and feel good. They should reduce the angst of what to wear during the coming months.

Very nice trousers BUT they were described as having an elasticated waist but came with a side zip which due to me having very arthritic fingers I cannot manage. It would be helpful if M & S could describe their clothing in more detail - especially a full description of the materials. Smudge is a good description of the colour - I felt they were too sludgy for summer. Sadly I have returned them.

I ordered these and the dress in the same fabric and was prepared to keep both. I really liked the dress, but the style of these trousers didn't really do anything for me, so I am returning them. The dress was slimming and elegant, but I thought the trousers made me look huge. The waist is fastened with a small button and side zip, rather than being pull-on, as stated in the description. I really hate side zip trousers, as they are always fiddly to get on, so I probably wouldn't have ordered them had I known this beforehand.

1) Fit small for size 2) Definitely not a "pull on". Zipper and button on left side. Buttonhole and button opposite of what it should be; being a contortionist would make buttoning it easier. 3) Ordered a "short" because the "medium" leg covered my shoes. The "short" comes to my ankles. Returning it for a refund as quickly as I can get to the store.

These are lovely and I would say true to size.I am 5ft 7 and a size 14.Purchased both medium length and long length.Both look great and actually give a different look dependant on which length you wear so have kept both. The one thing I should mention is that they are not pull on as it says in the description but have a zip!!!

I ordered the trousers in the short length they are the perfect length for me - I'm 5ft 1. The print is lovely and the fabric has a nice drape. My only criticism is that the description stated that were a pull on style - they aren't they fasten at the side with a zip and button. So they are not quite as comfortable as I expected them to be. Nevertheless I think I will be keeping them.
