I ordered this basket of fruit to send to a friend recovering in hospital after an operation. Reading the reviews, I was interested to see that someone else had chosen this one for someone in hospital. I thought how nice the basket looked, and the fruit was a good selection. My friend liked his basket very much, the fruit was fresh, tasty and easy to eat. Just the thing to cheer him up.

The recipient was really happy with her fruit basket and I must agree when she sent me a photo. The fruit was perfectly ripe and beautifully presented. The downside was it was over an hour late being delivered, however that wasn’t M&S fault.

Purchased this as a treat for my family who’d been so good to me during a period of particularly bad health. They were delighted as was their adorable 11month old son who loves fresh peaches !
