Poor quality fruit in baskets

I ordered 3 of these baskets for my elderly relatives. I have made the same purchase every Christmas for the past several years and always been happy with the quality. However, this Christmas every single basket contained overripe fruit that had to be discarded. After many emails I received a small refund. I will not be continuing the tradition.
