Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Purchased as a birthday gift for my 93 year old aunt. She mentioned they looked a little "jaded" and "worse for wear" due to the hot weather, but after a lot of TLC and removing brown-edged outer petals, they perked up and she was able to enjoy them for a week. Not as long as they normally last but, due to the soaring temperatures this was no surprise. I do feel that perhaps the quality isn't quite as good as the yellow bouquet M&S used to supply in previous years. Like everything else, price dictates quality these days. Still a reasonable number of blooms for the price point.
