Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my daughter. I wrote a meaningful Congratulations on your new job card, which when she eventually received the flowers, was not attached. I say 'eventually' as DPD delivered them next door! She was in and saw the DPD van pull up outside next door and deliver the flowers! Neighbour brought them round later. No card attached but she assumed that, as M&S shoppers, they were either off me or her Brother! She thought the flowers were beautiful and the added candle gorgeous. The experience just slightly marred by the missing card and wrong delivery.
